We offer complete Design & Build services with detailed projects that can be taken to completion by trusted builders/decorators - as buildings have life span much longer than ours, we build to last.

Attention to detail is our priority, every piece of furniture or fitting needs to have its own place in an internal space. External details have to not only be functional and stylish but must harmonise with the existing house and its surroundings. The result is a tailor-made bespoke design, following carefully the client’s specifications, which also respects the set budget.

We ensure that all our designs are up-to-date with the necessary standards and comply with the current Planning Laws and Building Regulations.

We are very keen on designing internal spaces, particularly their use, function and decoration, including suggestions for artistic design. All these details can dramatically improve wellbeing. Our projects aim to be environmentally friendly, particularly in the choice of materials, heating options, cooking and electricity supply.

The company director, Adrian Tuchel, has over 25 years of practical experience accumulated internationally and is recognised as an architect artist. The company is trade mark protected.

After completing his studies at a graphic art school he went on to train as an Architect. Having worked in several European countries, the multicultural experience has given him an open view and an ability to adapt, finding both unexpected and functional solutions for our customers.

From CONCEPT to COMPLETION

We approach every project by trying to find the best solution, as if for ourselves, we believe all spaces are equally important, from a cupboard under the staircase to an entire house or penthouse. Every detail counts and we try to maximise every space - the cost per square metre can be very high eg. in a £300,000 house with two bedrooms of 60 m2, the cost per m2 is £ 5,000.

Our concept pieces of furniture will be produced by our designer construction team and fitted on site. We can also provide an entire list of furniture & accessories with maximum delivery dates and prices. We work with the best suppliers, the majority of which are in Italy where we have a base, with an additional base in London.

At customers request and assuring no disclosure to third parties, we provide consultancy on artistic choices to fit your premises and recommend specific auctions (at which you can participate directly) where a special centrepiece or ornament can be sourced for your home and/or garden.
